Scrum is an Agile Framework - Communication

It is the scrum master’s (project managers in our assumption) responsibility to maintain effective communication between the project’s stakeholders. On the internal level, the scrum master encourages knowledge transfer among team members who are allowed to freely collaborate in completing tasks and solving problems. On the external level, the scrum master coordinates between the team members, their upper management, and the customer to convey the project’s progress and yield the immediate reporting and fixing of problems.
