Scrum is an Agile Framework - Customer Involvement and Responsibility Sharing

Involving customers in the project deepens all stakeholders’ understanding of the product’s requirements and enhances the regular eliciting of customer feedback. This will reduce the responsibility burden that the manager endures in addition to inducing the responsibility sharing and the mutual decision making between the team members and the product’s owners (product managers and the customer).
