The possibilities are infinity. Project Governance, development of project management carrier, as the samples of Shell and Siemens that uses IPMA system to develop their work force. The most important award od project management in Brazil, was won by Petrobras – Implementation of Northeast Refinery. This program is using IPMA Competence principal, and the general manager is very exitied this all possibilities brought by IPMA.
The parallel between business and results goes through the development and sustaining of a clear way for decision makers to build results. IPMA is the way to develop project management team to evolve from a process and methodology view, to the real environment and complex of project management, where the variables of business, and above all things the most precious resources: people are the driver and who deliver the results.
